Consulting is the primary means of promoting and implementing the use of best practices and improving the return on technological investment by reducing our clients risk of software failure. This is accomplished by offering our clients three levels of consulting services. Each level is tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. A summary of each level is described below.

• Traditional encompasses on-site support to produce specific deliverables or carry out the responsibilities of specific roles.

• Mentoring includes part-time, on-site or off-site support to provide coaching and mentoring to specific employees on specific software engineering processes, methods, or techniques.

• Review can either be an on-site or an off-site activity to review specific deliverables produced by the project or support team.
